Conferma Pay has teamed up with Inlogik, a provider of expense management services, to streamline the process of reconciling hotel expenses for virtual card transactions. The collaboration integrates Conferma’s virtual payment technology with Inlogik’s ExpenseMe/ProMaster system, based in Sydney, allowing companies to efficiently manage hotel bills for tax and audit readiness.

Using Conferma’s Snap Plus feature, the integrated solution captures details from invoices, including additional charges. Inlogik then automatically generates and categorises expense records, as well as extracts information related to goods and services taxes, making it easier for businesses to claim these taxes.

Richard Eskell, CEO of Inlogik, highlighted that the detailed data offered by this combined service will give companies an enhanced view into the specifics of their travel expenditures. He emphasised that such comprehensive insights are increasingly crucial as corporate travel activities continue to expand, allowing businesses to have a deeper understanding of their operations at every tier.
